Cunobelinus might have read one and decided it didn't apply to them. Or seen it but never read it because they are easily distracted by work.
I don't think very many angels Mate outside their ethnic group, so it might not come up often enough for a pamphlet.
But even if they'd lived somewhere else and Cunobelinus has helped more around the house (have you noticed the way they keep dropping wet towels everywhere) Salathiel won't be completely happy, just less hurt and frustrated. They were still missing their other two.
