You answered over at LJ where I can't get to right now: I've been plotting it out (actually writing stuff down) and I think it will be a Love Diamond. Now I just need a day off to read through your demon stories. Among other things, I can't remember what demons call their one-true-love/mate/other-half/partner/th e-one/whatever. Or even if they all call it the same thing...
The longer I think about it, the longer it gets (story-time wise anyway). I'll need to go to bed and think some more.
I would think that if it's in a different region in the Demon 'Verse/family/community that you can call the demon's ex-lover an appropriate label of your choice.
