Trifecta: Valentine's Day, part one
Mar. 1st, 2014 10:58 amWhen I was about to cut out a layer for my daughter's skirt, I measured several time, checked my numbers, measured again, steeled myself and cut. Only after I was done did I realize that I was supposed to be looking at the numbers for the second layer. I'd cut a 20" diameter circle when I was supposed to cut a 24" one. Whoops.
I tried to save it by cutting the underlayers shorter, but I forgot to change where the center of each circle was supposed to be, so I'm going to have sew a bit back on the lowest layer. Luckily my daughter stopped me from 'fixing' the next to the bottom layer, so it will cover most of the bottom layer's unexpected seam.
Title: Trifecta
Chapter: Valentine's Day, part one
Status: WIP
Genre: Romance, Triple Slash, businessmen, jobs, friends, working
Length: 1.3k
Summary: Ty's friend Flannigan, 'introduces' Ty to Damien
Master list
Ty didn’t open the passenger door when Flannigan pulled up outside Damien’s coffee shop. He had purposely never stopped by because the one time Kenneth mentioned visiting, Damien worried that he’d be distracted from his job if two men as hot as them came by.
“What are you waiting for?” Flannigan stood in front of the car. “You have to see this. My treat.”
( Did you get his number? )
